While, my dear brother, I am not a huge Brett fan I do think he still can play at a Superbowl level. How many other quarterbacks could take the hits he took against the Saints (2 more which were penalized for roughing and would have taken back one of his INT's) and keep getting up. The man is a warrior on the field, and yes he is terribly arrogant. I only hope that he decides one way or the other and sticks to it. I don't like the game he plays and don't think teams should be held hostage while he takes his sweet time to think. Although....he's still ten times better than the two other guys riding the pine.

I guess I would look at it this way...if you can be in the top 10 of what you do why should you walk away? His numbers this year were some of the best in his career so I think I'm torn.
