Brandon Routh (Superman from Superman Returns and guest appearances in TV’s Chuck and as one of the evil exes in Scott Pilgrim vs the World) and and Sam Huntington (Josh the werewolf from the American version of Being Human and Jimmy Olsen in Superman Returns) team up for this comedy/horror based on a Dark Horse Comics title of the same name. Looks entertaining enough. I’m pulling for Routh as I feel he got the bulk of the blame for Superman Returns being the bomb it was and not Bryan Singer, who I think should get his director card revoked. Thanks to ComicsAlliance for posting up the new (or will be on Friday) trailer for Green Lantern.  I have to admit it looks way better than I thought it would.

This is the newest trailer for the new Dreamworks animated movie Megamind starring Derosby Brothers favorite Will Ferrell. This is the only trailer I’ve seen to date that actually shows a plot for this movie, and the first one that actually makes this movie look halfway decent.

In my opinion the Dreamworks animated movies are hit and miss.  Some I’ve liked and others I thought were absolute crap. Will Ferrell movies tend to go the same route, either being awesome or a $10 in-theater explosive bowel movement. The odds on this movie aren’t good, but I’ve got faith in Will to pull through for us.
